At Cavallieri, we process orders through global shipments directly from our suppliers, which may result in longer delivery times compared to local stores. The estimated delivery time ranges from 15 to 45 business days, depending on the destination, product type, and logistical factors beyond our control.

Practical examples:

• A customer in the United Kingdom ordering a shirt can generally expect delivery within 20 to 35 business days.

• A customer in Brazil ordering an accessory may receive the item within up to 40 business days.

Important notes:

• All orders are fully trackable. Customers will receive a tracking code by email as soon as the order has been dispatched.

• Delays caused by customs clearance, import regulations, or courier services are beyond Cavallieri’s control, and the company cannot be held responsible for such delays.

• Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as local holidays, transportation strikes, or adverse weather conditions.
