Exchange Policy
At Cavallieri, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Exchanges can be requested within fifteen (15) days of receiving the order and are strictly limited to defective items or incorrect orders. To initiate an exchange, the customer must provide proof of the issue, such as clear photographs or video evidence showing the defect or the incorrect item received.
For example, if a customer orders a blue shirt but receives a green shirt instead, the customer must submit a photo of the received item. Upon verification, we will promptly send the correct item at no additional cost to the customer, including shipping fees.
Exchanges due to personal preference, such as choosing a different size, color, or style, are not guaranteed and may not be accommodated due to the complexities of international shipping and supplier logistics. The customer acknowledges and accepts that the store is not responsible for any additional costs, delays, or limitations arising from such requests.
The store reserves the right to refuse any exchange requests that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Exchanges will not be processed if the item has been damaged, worn, or altered by the customer.
By initiating an exchange, the customer agrees to comply with all instructions provided by Cavallieri for the return shipment and acknowledges that any failure to follow these instructions may result in denial of the exchange.
Cavallieri reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with or without prior notice. All exchange requests will be handled in accordance with the version of the policy in effect at the time of the request.
