At Cavallieri, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order in our store, you agree to the terms described below.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
For customers residing in the European Union, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with European law. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product, without providing any justification. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing via email within the legal deadline. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.
Apart from the right of withdrawal, returns will only be accepted in cases of defective or incorrect products. In cases of personal preference, such as wrong size, or after the fourteen-day withdrawal period, the customer remains responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the specified period, or in cases where the item is defective, incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or lost during shipping. For defective or incorrect items, the customer must provide photographic or video proof of the issue within seven (7) days of delivery. Refunds will not be issued if the customer provides an indirect address or refuses delivery without exercising the right of withdrawal. Refunds will always be processed using the original payment method.
Customers exercising the EU right of withdrawal are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of defective or incorrect items, Cavallieri will cover the return shipping costs. Shipping fees already paid are non-refundable.
